All Canadian Team

The All Canadian selections are made each year from the all star performances in the round robin portion of the National Championship. The class of '07 saw some outstanding performances.
Pitching honours went to Peter Shaw of UNB who threw a no-hitter in the opening game for a 3-0 win over the cross-province rivals from Atlantic Baptist.
ABU responded with their catcher earning top honours at his spot, as Mike Ivey was named the all canadian backstop for the second straight year.
Around the infield: first base was anchored by Andrew Prata of Concordia. Second was Ottawa's Ryan Sisson. All Canadian at third base is Teddy Comeau of Dalhousie, another repeat winner. The short stop is Norris Philpotts of UNB.
The All Canadian outfileders are Chris Legere of ABU in right, Ottawa's Shawn Hopewell in centre and Rob McNab of Durham in left. |
